We will then send you pictures of the finished product to confirm the piece. After confirmation we will ship out your product which takes approximately 1/2 weeks. Note that we offer free worldwide shipping. 5. How is the quality of your products We only use real 18k gold, we advise every customer to check this with their local goldsmith. Our products are very close to retail products. Not even a boutique jewelry store manager would notice the difference, Except if you compare them next to each other you may notice some very minor differences For diamonds we use lab grown diamonds. 6. Do your products come with brand box You can order a brand box for $70 per box, however it is not recommended due to customs and we are not responsible for customs problems.
